PRIORITY RESERVATION AGREEMENT
Millwood Plantation

For and in consideration of the sum of Three Hundred ($300.00) ("Refundable Reservation Fee") and the mutual promise herein contained, ("Prospective Purchaser") and Millwood Plantation, LLC. a Delaware Limited Liability Company, do agree as follows:

• Millwood Plantation, LLC shall reserve a preferred appointment time during the Sale Weekend for Prospective Purchaser to view parcels at Millwood Plantation before offering the same to the general public. Millwood Plantation, LLC shall receive the Refundable Reservation Fee from Prospective Purchaser to guarantee a preferred appointment time.

• Millwood Plantation, LLC will refund the $300 Reservation Fee upon Prospective Purchaser's arrival to Millwood Plantation. If Prospective Purchaser cancels priority reservation a minimum of 48 hours before the appointment, Prospective Purchaser will be refunded the Reservation Fee.

• This Reservation Agreement does not create an obligation to purchase by Prospective Purchaser nor an obligation to sell by Millwood Plantation, LLC. Parcels located at Millwood Plantation are subject to a Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions, a summary of which is available from your Land Consultant.
